The house is articulated in three levels that gradually open to their surroundings: the ground floor blurs boundaries with the garden, the first floor houses the most private areas, and the rooftop terrace becomes a panoramic observatory of the natural setting. The structural system, composed of exposed concrete slabs and slender columns, enhances the horizontality and tectonic legibility of the architecture.
The façade language balances the austerity of concrete with the warmth of natural wood, introducing rhythm and transparency through vertical slats and full-height openings. A central axis of circulation vertically links all levels, while vegetation is integrated into every transition, softening material junctions and reinforcing the project’s biophilic intent. The pool and stepped garden complete the scheme, merging built form and topography in a single continuous gesture.
