The house is developed on two levels. The ground floor accommodates the social areas as an open-plan space, seamlessly connected to the exterior through sliding glass enclosures that create a fluid transition between indoor and outdoor living. A system of perimeter terraces enhances solar control while providing protection from prevailing coastal winds. On the upper floor, private spaces are oriented towards the best ocean views, with openings carefully dimensioned to frame the landscape while maintaining thermal efficiency. The structural system allows for cantilevered volumes, offering shading and reducing direct solar exposure.
