Finca 4 is a compact two-story residence nestled in a lush garden setting, characterized by its precise volumetric definition and refined material palette. The architecture is governed by a strong horizontal gesture—an exposed concrete slab that visually anchors the project—on which a timber-clad upper volume is set, expressing a clean contrast between solidity and transparency.

The ground floor unfolds in continuity with the exterior, opening fully to the garden and pool through generous glass enclosures. Vertical wooden slats provide rhythm, privacy, and filtered light, articulating a warm and textural façade.

Upstairs, the layout is optimized for privacy and views, with a single expressive window framing the treetops, while the rest of the elevation remains composed and silent. A subtle interplay between mass and void, light and shadow, reinforces the project’s serene and grounded atmosphere, allowing the surrounding vegetation to become an essential part of the spatial experience.
