Casa Vico is structured through a sequence of solid volumes and open galleries that establish a strong relationship with the surrounding vegetation. The project is organized around a central void that links interior spaces with the exterior through full-height openings and deep overhangs that provide shade and visual continuity.

The material palette—concrete, stone, and natural wood—defines both the structural and expressive character of the house. The spatial layout prioritizes communal areas on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and pool, while the upper volume accommodates the private program, wrapped in a continuous façade system that modulates light and ensures privacy.
