Casa Fly is defined by a dynamic composition of volumes and material contrasts, where a bold, slanted roof crowns the architectural ensemble and reinforces the horizontality of the upper level. The house is laid out across two main floors, with a rooftop terrace acting as an elevated observatory overlooking the surrounding greenery. The structural clarity—exposed concrete slabs, glass enclosures, and vertical wooden slats—establishes a contemporary language rooted in tectonic expression and spatial openness.

On the ground floor, social areas open entirely to the outside through full-height glazed panels, dissolving boundaries between indoor living and the surrounding garden. The kitchen, dining room, and lounge are organized in sequence, oriented towards the rear gallery and reflecting pool, which together extend the domestic experience into the landscape. A stone wall on the lateral edge anchors the scheme and introduces material texture and weight.

The upper floor concentrates the private program, with bedrooms organized along a central corridor and each space benefiting from natural light and controlled transparency. The master suite opens onto a cantilevered terrace under the slope of the roof, creating a sense of levitation and privacy. The vertical wooden brise-soleils filter light and provide intimacy, reinforcing the interplay between openness and enclosure throughout the project.
