Technical Development, Design & Site ExecutionCasa Gino is designed as a compact and serene volume, articulated through a careful dialogue between stone, concrete, and wood. The project proposes a clear spatial organization in two levels, where material expression and geometric clarity define its architectural identity. The upper floor, wrapped in a rhythmic wooden lattice, provides controlled privacy while allowing filtered light and ventilation.
The ground level opens generously to the exterior, extending domestic life toward the garden and pool. A large gallery defines the connection between the interior and the outdoor landscape, while natural textures—exposed concrete, stone walls, and wooden ceilings—create a warm yet sober atmosphere. A circular window punctuates the facade, establishing a unique and playful gesture within the orthogonal composition.
